Holiday Closure and Condensed Hours The State Bar Center and State Bar of New Mexico offices will be closed Dec. 24, 25, 26 and 31, and Jan. 1 and 2 in observance of the holidays. The State Bar Center building will observe condensed holiday hours and be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (MT) on Dec. 22, 23, 29 and 30.
