LREP conducts quarterly webinars available for free to the general public. These webinars cover Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, probate, non-probate transfers (including Transfer on Death Deeds), and Institutional Medicaid. LREP also staff exhibitor tables at numerous events statewide, including the Aging and Long-Term Services Department’s Conference on Aging and Senior Day at the Legislature.
