Modest Means Helpline Small Business Webinar Series
Have you heard about litigation and tax liability surrounding misclassification of your workers? Do you know that there are layers of “tests” to help you categorize your worker as employee or independent contractor? Do you think that written agreements with workers can help decrease legal risk? We will explore key legal tests that are designed to guide your classification of hires and explore how written agreements with workers can assist in compliance.
