Will Host a Free Small Business Webinar on May 20

 

The New Mexico State Bar Foundation’s Means Helpline is proud to announce it will be hosting a FREE small business webinar on May 20, from noon to 1 p.m. (MT) through Zoom. The webinar is titled, “Forming an LLC in New Mexico: Why It Matters and How to Do It Right.”

 

The webinar will be presented by a New Mexico licensed attorney and will cover why many businesses form as limited liability companies in New Mexico and will explain the process of creating an LLC in New Mexico. The free virtual presentation is intended to help  small business owners in New Mexico understand NM LLC formation and its benefits.
