An Honest Conversation about Mental Health in 2022: We Are All Exhausted It's time to ask ourselves: how honest are we about our mental health? What do we need to improve our well-being? The relentless uncertainty, constant adaptation, and the feeling of always being on- not to mention the lack of access to support systems- have pushed us to our limits. The chronic stress, anxiety, and exhaustion of the last two years have caught up with many of us. Many of us are noticing an even greater decline in our ability to cope. We are stressed out, feel out of control or on edge, or we are on the opposite side of the spectrum and feel zoned out, numb, or shut down. Please join us on May 24th at noon MST via Zoom for a candid conversation about how we can support ourselves and those in our community around mental health. We welcome all members of the legal profession to break the silence, encourage discussion, answer questions, and share resources in a safe space.” Register here: https://dcbar.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZUld-utqD0jE9bInWugKsE6SqiNqr1VBUSj
