Stormy oversees a professional office that protects the legal and policy interests of the State Bar. She directs the Bar’s Human Resources and Regulatory Programs departments, including licensing, Minimum Continuing Legal Education, IOLTA, Bridge the Gap Mentorship, and Pro Hac Vice. Stormy is a professional legal resource for State Bar leadership, volunteers, and staff. She assists with outreach to the judiciary and advises in legislative, executive, and judicial processes.
