Celeste leads the State Bar of New Mexico’s Communications team and oversees the development and implementation of both internal and external communication strategies. She manages a broad array of digital and print promotional and communication materials for the organization and oversees all print publications, website modifications, social media communications, e-newsletters, and emails to the membership.
