Bar Bulletin: Commemorative Edition sponsorship recognition will be featured in:

  • The printed version of the Commemorative Edition that will be mailed to over 8,500 active State Bar of New Mexico licensees
  • The digital version of the Commemorative Edition that will be available for download on the State Bar of New Mexico website for members of the public and New Mexico’s entire legal community
  • 250 Limited Editions of the Commemorative Edition with additional special content that will be available for purchase

Multimedia Submission Guidelines

Video Advertisements

Videos must be produced by the sponsor and delivered to the State Bar of New Mexico in MP4 format, with a website link if available

  • Videos will appear within the digital edition of the publication; QR codes in the print edition will link to the video
  • Videos must be informational and legal profession–focused
  • All videos are subject to State Bar of New Mexico approval
  • Placement and grouping within the publication may vary depending on final design

Sponsor Logos

Sponsors must submit a high-resolution logo for recognition within the publication

  • Preferred logo format: vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) with fonts converted to outlines
  • If vector is unavailable, submit a PNG or TIFF file at minimum 300 DPI, at least 2 inches in size, with a transparent background
  • Logos pulled from websites or embedded in Word/PowerPoint files are not acceptable
  • The State Bar of New Mexico may adjust sizing or placement to maintain design consistency
