Your username will be your EMAIL OF RECORD.

  • If you do not have access to your email of record, email techsupport@sbnm.org. A member of our staff will change your email in our system.
  • If you do know your email of record AND have access to it, proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Send Password Reset Instructions

Navigate to the LOG IN page.

Click FORGOT PASSWORD underneath the login portal.

Enter your USERNAME/ADDRESS OF RECORD

Again, if you do not know your email of record, or you don't have access to it, Contact the State Bar. A member of our staff will change your email in our system.

The system will send you an email with reset instructions to the email you entered.

Step 3: Reset Password

Open up your email and look for an email from the State Bar titled TEMPORARY PASSWORD REQUEST. You may need to check your junk or clutter folder.

Click the link to reset your password. It will redirect you to the State Bar website’s password change form.

  • Do not change anything in the TEMPORARY PASSWORD field.
  • Under USERNAME, enter your EMAIL OF RECORD (the email to which the password reset was sent).
  • Enter a secure password in NEW PASSWORD
  • Type in the same password in CONFIRM NEW PASSWORD
  • Click UPDATE MY PASSWORD.

Your password has now been reset.
