Before You Go 

Registration 

  • If you are an attorney and plan to attend the sessions and would like to receive Continuing Legal Education credits (in any state), register by Aug. 7, at: www.sbnm.org/AnnualMeeting2026.

Hotel Information 

  • Hotel room discounts are available at Sky Ute for $170/night (plus ~$30 resort fees) until July 29 or until the courtesy block is filled, whichever comes first. 

  • To make a reservation, contact the Sky Ute hotel registration desk at 970-563-7777, Option 1, and mention that you are coming for the State Bar of New Mexico Annual Meeting. 

Exhibit Table Includes:

  • (1) 6-foot skirted table 

  • 2 chairs 

  • Allows for two table attendees at one time; attendee rotation is allowed 

  • Wi-Fi 

  • Electric (upon request) 

Booth Information 

  • There will not be a security guard stationed at the sponsor tables overnight. Exhibitors may keep their swag and materials out at their own risk.  

Electricity Requests 

Exhibitors are asked to request electricity in advance through Tom Ende marketing@sbnm.org prior to the event. There is no fee for electricity.

  • Event clothing attire is business casual. 

Meals and Evening Receptions 

  • All meals and entrance into the evening receptions are provided for event exhibitors. Please plan on joining us!

Exhibitor Arrivals and Set Up 

  • Exhibitor materials can be brought in through the main lobby, please see the hotel’s front desk for bell carts if needed. The map of the Sky Ute Resort and Casino is located here. 

  • Exhibit tables will not be pre-assigned before the event. Your company name will be located on your assigned table when you arrive. Please ask for Brandon McIntyre at the event if you need assistance locating your table.  

Exhibit Hall Hours 

Please see the exhibit hall hours below. Exhibitor set up and booth open times (all times are Mountain Time):  

  •  Thursday, Aug. 13  

  • Exhibit table set up starting at 10 a.m. 

  • Attendee check-in begins at 2 p.m.  

  • Welcome Reception begins at 5 p.m. just outside of the exhibit area.  

  • Friday, Aug. 14 

  • Exhibit table set up starting at 7 a.m.,  

  • Exhibits open at 7:30 a.m.   

  • Sessions end at 12:30 p.m. 

  • President’s Reception begins at 5 p.m. just outside the exhibit area. 

  • Saturday, Aug. 15  

  • Exhibit table set up starting at 7 a.m.  

  • Exhibits open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 12:15 p.m.
