Please review AM 25 Exhibitor Rules & Loading Area Map carefully. 

Register To Attend the 2025 Annual Meeting (only if you would like to attend the sessions and receive Continuing Legal Education Credits)

• Register to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting conference online if you would like to attend and receive Continuing Legal Education credits at https://www.sbnm.org/CLE-Events/Annual-Meeting-2025.  

• Please be sure to register to attend the conference by July 23.

Exhibit Table Includes:

• (1) 6-foot skirted table 

• 2 chairs 

• Allows for two table attendees at one time; attendee rotation is allowed

Table Information 

• Premium Placement and electricity will be provided for Jackpot and High Roller Sponsors (coordinated by the State Bar of New Mexico)  

• All other electricity requests must be sent to Sandia Resort & Casino. Please see the section titled “Electricity or Shipping Requests” below.  

• Premium placement means booth areas that allow for pop-up signs. Non-premium tables cannot have pop up banners or signs that cover any artwork on the walls.   

• There will not be a security guard stationed at the sponsor tables overnight. Exhibitors may keep their swag and materials out at their own risk.  

Electricity or Material Shipping Requests  

If you are not a Jackpot or High Roller Sponsor, please fill out Sandia Resort & Casino Electricity or Shipping Form and send to Sandra Pena Lopez at Sandia Resort & Casino by emailing spena@sandiacasino.com by July 18.

• Event clothing attire is business casual. 

Exhibit Hall Hours:

Please see the exhibit hall hours below. All times are Mountain Standard Time:

•  July 31 – Exhibit table set up starting at 8 a.m., exhibits open at noon 
• Aug. 1 - Exhibit table set up starting at 7 a.m., exhibits open at 7:30 a.m.
• Aug. 2 - Exhibit table set up starting at 7 a.m., exhibits open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 12:15 p.m. 

Exhibitor Blackout Game:

• Annual Meeting attendees will be playing an "Exibitor Blackout Game" during the conference where they have the chance to win a prize if they visit every exhibit table. Please plan on marking off your exhibit table on their cards as they visit your table.
