Maria directs and implements all HR functions and operations for the State Bar and Bar Foundation, including Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures, talent acquisition, total compensation and benefits, staff learning and development, performance management, and enforcement of organization policies and practices. She oversees a range of administrative functions related to HR management and employee development to ensure that the HR program supports the long-term goals of the State Bar and Bar Foundation. Maria is a Certified HR Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is bilingual in Spanish.
